The digital printing industry refers to methods of printing from a digital based image directly to a variety of media including paper-based products, plastics and vinyl, and a wide range of other substrates
Application – Conveying of Substrate During Digital Printing Process
Today’s digital printers can apply printed images to a wide range of substrates, from paper to plywood. In some cases, the size of the media is limited by the size of the flatbed printer. On the other hand, the printers that use stationary printer bars and allow the substrate to pass underneath have a virtually no limits to the size of continuous throughput. This allows for both larger sized substrate, as well as continuous feed of smaller, or more conventional-sized substrate.
Since many processes tend to continue to use ink, the conveyors that carry the substrate are generally made of materials that are easy to clean, such as PTFE Coated Fabric.
SUB SECTOR: SCREEN PRINTING
The Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil. The attached stencil masks areas that are to be protected from the ink while exposing areas that are to receive the ink. The ink is then transferred through the open areas of mesh as a sharp-edged image on to the printable target substrate.
Application – Conveying Printed Media from Print through Drying Processes
Once the stencilled image has been transferred on to the printable substrate, Our PTFE Coated Fiberglass Mesh Belting can be used to convey the printed item through the drying process.

The Textile Printing/ Dyeing process ranges from changing the general colouration of a product to adding specific colours or graphics onto a specific area of a product – oftentimes a textile.
Application – Conveying of Textile Substrates Through the Dyeing Process
Dryer belts are used to dry the fabric and cure any ink on the fabric after the Printing / Dyeing process.
