TEFLON® CONVEYOR BELT

Description:

PTFE Mesh Belts - PTFE open mesh belting is ideally suited for conveying products within highly efficient air distribution systems allowing optimised moisture removal to take place and is commonly used within ultra violet and infra red dryer units.

The open area allows maximum air flow optimising drying times whilst its extreme properties make it a natural choice for dryer manufactures.

APPLICATIONS

PTFE Mesh Belt Application:

Textile, printing: printing drying, dyeing cloth drying, shrinking and drying fabrics, non-woven bake drying, drying room conveyor belt.

Screen printing: pine dryer, offset printing, UV curing machine, paper, oil drying, UV drying, plastic silk screen drying bake, drying room conveyor belt.

Other items: high-frequency drying, microwave drying, freezing and thawing of various types of food, baking, heat shrink packaging materials, general moisture dry goods, flux type fast drying ink drying room conduction band.

PTFE TEFLON® CONVEYOR BELT FEATURES

1, for low temperature -70 ℃, high temperature 260 ℃, with a weather resistant, anti-aging. The practical applications, such as high temperature at 250 ℃ for 200 days, not only the intensity will not decrease, and the weight is not reduced;

2, non-adhesive: easy to adhere to any substance. Easy to clean the surface of a variety of attachment grease, stains or other attachments; paste, resins, paints, etc. Almost all sticky substance can be easily removed, more used to replace metal conveyor belt

3, chemical resistant, resistant to acids, alkalis, corrosive aqua regia and various organic solvents.

4, good dimensional stability (extension coefficient of less than 5 ‰), high strength. Have good mechanical properties.

5,Teflon® mesh belt resistance to bending fatigue can be used for smaller wheel diameter.

6, chemical resistance, non-toxic. Resistant to almost all pharmaceutical items.

7, fire retardant.

PTFE MESH BELT JOINTING METHODS

This is the most common way of belt joints that pivotal joints, the joint network is made of Kevlar-coated teflon emulsion, Teflon® mesh belt process is basically the same.

Belt connector + Kevlar wire= connector

Material is stainless steel buckle clasp connector, first with Kevlar cloth belt edges, then add steel buckle. Carabiner connector + Kevlar fabric= Connector

PTFE MESH BELT REPAIR

1: If PTFE the mesh belt deviation phenomenon appears, then adjust the tension of the shaft end of the driven shaft should slowly adjust, remember to adjust quickly, resulting in network with edge scratch.

2: If PTFE the mesh belt with jitter phenomenon, check transport aircraft as well as the presence or absence of corrosion roller conveyor tunnel refused to transfer phenomenon, individually adjusted.

3: mesh belt chain drive chain if there jump and run instability, both ends of the drive shaft sprocket should check whether the synchronization client for excessive tooth wear.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

4x4 open area mesh is available in widths up to 5000mm wide and can be supplied at any length required. In addition film, glass or kevlar can be applied as edge reinforcement depending of the environment it will be used within. There are various methods of joining screen-printing belts however the metallic clipper or spiral types are more typical.
