CANADA PLASTICS & BELTING supplies a dielectric silicone sleeve manufactured from a very specific silicone rubber compound, providing excellent electrical, thermal and chemical resistance, making it ideally suited to the harsh environment that is the corona treatment process. Produced specifically as an electrical dielectric sleeve, it is manufactured to extremely close tolerances, ensuring reliable and consistent corona treatment performance.
We stock 1-1/2, 2 , 2-1/2 , 3 , 3-1/2 , 4 , 6 and 8 inch and are able to ship to you same day as you need to keep your lines up and running. We are also able to get other roll diameters that you may require, including, 1,2,3,5 inch and any size that you require
Please note our sleeves are not like many on the market, the last longer and are made to very tight OD tolerances and strength.

Applications:
High volume bag manufacturing systems often use these types of belts running as a pair creating a clamping effect on the bag. These belts can also be found on air fill or air cushioning packaging machines as a means of allowing continues heat sealing to take place without molten plastic sticking to the belt.
Sealer belts tend to be two belts that run in tandem on the conveyor with a hot-plate that sits in contact with the inside of the belts as they run. The heat transfers through the belts surface sealing the plastic bag as it conveys it through the machine.
Features / Benefits
Constructed with two layers of PTFE coated glass cloth laminated together they benefit from being free of any step at the joint area that could leave a mark off.
The premium grade PTFE used to manufacture the belts has a non stick, high temperature resistant surface that prevents any molten plastics from building up on the belts surface.
